Cancellation Information - AS PER NDIS PRICING ARRANGEMENTS AND PRICE LIMITS 2023-24
We look forward to the opportunity to work with you and understand that sometimes you may be unable to attend your scheduled appointment. We would like you to let us know as soon as you can if you cannot attend an appointment. We can then re-allocate the time slot to another person. Our preference is to re-allocate the appointment time so we do not have to charge you a cancellation fee. Providing as much notice as possible helps avoid any cancellation fee and is fairest for our NDIS consultants and for all clients of our service.
A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if you:
Do not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or are not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when we are travelling to deliver the support; or
have given less than two (2) clear business days’ notice for a support (48 hours).
Cancellation fees will need to be paid before you can schedule or attend your next appointment.
The NDIS allows us to charge 100% of the agreed fee for the cancelled appointment. There is no limit on the number of short notice cancellations (or no shows) that we can claim. If you choose to leave your appointment session ahead of time, you will be charged the full appointment time.
